  • A web page consists of the content of an 8.5 x 11" piece of paper, on screen. Forms are considered a separate web page and a guest book consists of two pages.  Choose your package with the options below. We can also customize a package for you.

  • Payment for services are 50% at start, and 50% upon completion. Payment plans are available upon request and discounts are given to non-profit organizations.

  • The rates posted below approximate and are subject to change. 

  • All fees are in US dollars, either by personal check, bank check or money order.

  • Website hosting fees are separate from web design fees. A web host is the server your pages reside on. 

  • If you do not have one, a Domain name may be necessary and an added fixed cost.

  • A portion of our fee is for our expertise in aiding your decisions of site content and layout.  We specialize in small business website design and pride ourselves in communicating clearly what your options are and in guiding you toward a fully functional website.

  • Our design team can create custom graphics and company logos for an additional charge.

Maintenance plans are available.  Editing and updating is done for $25.00/hour, billed in quarter hour increments.

If you require Java-scripting or Flash Animation for your website, additional fees will be added dependent on time required.

Domain Name Registration 

Web Matrix Design can acquire your domain name for $15.00.  A Domain Name is "www.your_name.com" and your unique address on the web.  The $15.00/year fee is in addition to your website hosting fees and website design fees. Contact us to check if the name is available. We will email you within 24 hours with availabilty.
